Thinnai Veedu explores the courtyard and verandah as living rooms — thresholds between inside and out that suit Chennai’s climate and social life.
Traditional massing and material cues are reinterpreted with contemporary insulation, lighting, and services so the home feels timeless and practical.
Interior and landscape are read as one sequence: shade, breeze, and texture guide how each day moves through the plan.
